Boring...
I know, my blog is boring lately. I haven't been snapping pics and I've been busy, but nothing blog worthy - just more of the ordinary that seems to fill more hours than I have in a day. I think my kids are cute all the time so I haven't been taking their picture b/c they are doing the same things they do all the time. Our calendar is filling up for February and March already with showers, a 2nd birthday coming up for little Mallary and lots of friends birthdays. Keep checking back - I promise we'll be more exciting in the coming weeks...

It's that time again...
Where lots of my time will be devoted to JLMC's American Girl Fashion Show. I love this fundraiser and will be very busy with it over the next few weeks. We are so glad that the Princess Theater will be the venue and doing ticket sales this year.
We are still looking for a few more sponsors - so if you have a business that wants to contribute
$100 gets you a link on our site, business name in program, and you can put something in the adult goody bag! Thanks to my friend Tara and her business Smitten and Company for being a sponsor!!!

Winter Storm 2010
Ha Ha, but that's what it was being called on the news : ) Kind of a bust considering at one point they were predicting 1-3". We got a little dusting, enough the play for just a few minutes while Mallary was napping. I'm sure tomorrow will be another snow day as the roads are pretty wet and it's going to get COLD tonight!

Christmas Eve
On Christmas Eve, We made cut out cookies for santa

We licked the icing of the beaters...yummmmm

We decorated them super fancy

We read all of our favorite Christmas stories and left out magic reindeer food

We said goodbye to Scotch, left out our cookies, milk and carrots

Took the obligatory, matching jammies picture in front of the tree for mommy
and got in bed in hopes that Santa would stop at our house!

Santa Claus came to our house! He left tons of great surprises for the girls. I have to admit I was a terrible photo taker Christmas weekend. I got a few of the girls on Christmas morning and then hardly another picture was taken.

As soon as Santa presents were all open, we headed off to Birmingham since Gracie called MeMe and we heard Santa had been to her house too! We had yummy lunch that included beef tenderloin and ice cream balls with hot fudge sauce and a fun afternoon game of bingo for little prizes! Andrew, Elaine and Jeff were all there too.

We also celebrated Christmas with Alan's family the next 2 days and our extended family on Saturday night, but I didn't even get my camera out. Too much going on...I'll do better next year.

Christmas Dance Program

Gracie's dance studio did a mini-christmas recital this week for all the classes. She had one Tuesday and Thursday night. Tuesday night was acro so it was a little hard to get good pics of her because she is flipping, but last night was a treat - we were right in front for her tap dance of Rudolph. She has no fear performing and loves to be up there. She is also so proud when she sees us - she just waves to us. It cracks me up.
