Ha Ha Ha. Just thought I would give everyone a little giggle this morning. Alan's brother William snagged this from their mom's house and scanned it. This is Alan and I at Hoover High Prom 1996. He's a Sr. and I am a Jr. Only 13 years ago....


P.S. My shoes are dyed to match the exact shade of red that my dress was! Ha Ha Ha!

Finishing up the week

Yes, we have been home 2 weeks, but just now I am finishing our pics from our Ohio trip. I'm so behind on posts...I will try to catch up today!

Friday afternoon Mary B came over to watch the girls while I enjoyed lunch with family.

Later we went to Aunt Betty and Uncle Bill's garden to pick veggies






That night, JJ took us to Gracie's favorite - the VFW to eat dinner. She loves going there with JJ.

Interrupted

Sorry, had to interrupt the Ohio posts to share Gracie's 1st night of ballet with her friends!

Still more vacation...

I told you we were really busy while we were there!

Thursday Grammy and I took the girls to Sauder Village. It's an "old-timey" village where they show you what life was like back in the day : ) It's really neat and the girls had fun too.

Tuesday and Wednesday

This is how Gracie started the day...
a chocolate covered donut w/sprinkles from JJ

Then we loaded up in the wagon and took off
for the park. I love that there are 2 parks w/in walking distance.

Then we headed over to Mary B's for some swimming with friends






Wednesday we went to East of Chicago Pizza
(Their equivalent of Chuck E. Cheese)






Later that night we got dressed up for
dinner with Grammy and JJ's friends


Later, JJ took then for a ride all over the yard
This was BIG fun!!

Ohio

Part 1 - Saturday, Sunday and Monday


Saturday night we were tired from driving in that day so we just hung out and played outside at Grammy and JJ's.

We went to the park on Sunday

Ate lots of homegrown Sweet Corn.
Oh how good Ohio corn is!

And ate dessert here.
Yes, she does have the kiddie cone.
Good thing we didn't order larges.

Monday we went to the Toledo Zoo. It was fun and the girls enjoyed it again.
