Christmas Eve Night

We all went to Christmas Eve Service at Church and then came home and had a nice dinner. Then it was time to get ready for Santa (which is no longer a quick and easy task). We had to sprinkle reindeer food, set out cookies, find some carrots and make chocolate milk.

And there was an even bigger surprise for us the next morning!!

Ornament Party 2010

Every year, my mom, sister and I have an Ornament Swap for some of our oldest friends in Birmingham. It's always so much fun and it's fun to see new babies that come along or in some cases children that are old enough to start playing along and bringing their own ornaments!!

Ho Ho Ho!

Our annual visit to Santa Claus. Santa doesn't look too thrilled in the pic, but the girls had fun seeing him. Gracie asked for a dollhouse and a nutcracker. Mallary asked for Dora and Scooby Doo. They've been really good so we will see! Afterwards we went the the bounce place and it was full of friends to see and play with. What a great morning!

Christmas Dance Recitals

Also this past week, were the Christmas Dance Recitals. This would be Mallary's 1st public performance and she did not disappoint! She was excited when she saw us and Yelled to everyone "There's My Mommy" She was very sure to stay on her spot and did not let the wild child next to her distract her! She was a cute little Rudolph and we were so proud of her - especially Gracie. You would have thought Mallary was Gracie's child the way she bragged about her!

Gracie's was just as good and we got to see her 1st jazz performance! She did so great and her acro tricks were awesome for that routine!

Christmas Parties at school

This week, the girls had their Christmas parties at school. Mallary's on Monday and Gracie's on Thursday b/c of the threat of a winter storm on Wednesday (ha ha - I think we got about 2 pellets of sleet). They are now out until January and we need lots of fun to fill our days!

GRACIE'S
