Ho Ho Ho!

Our annual visit to Santa Claus. Santa doesn't look too thrilled in the pic, but the girls had fun seeing him. Gracie asked for a dollhouse and a nutcracker. Mallary asked for Dora and Scooby Doo. They've been really good so we will see! Afterwards we went the the bounce place and it was full of friends to see and play with. What a great morning!

Christmas Dance Recitals

Also this past week, were the Christmas Dance Recitals. This would be Mallary's 1st public performance and she did not disappoint! She was excited when she saw us and Yelled to everyone "There's My Mommy" She was very sure to stay on her spot and did not let the wild child next to her distract her! She was a cute little Rudolph and we were so proud of her - especially Gracie. You would have thought Mallary was Gracie's child the way she bragged about her!

Gracie's was just as good and we got to see her 1st jazz performance! She did so great and her acro tricks were awesome for that routine!

Christmas Parties at school

This week, the girls had their Christmas parties at school. Mallary's on Monday and Gracie's on Thursday b/c of the threat of a winter storm on Wednesday (ha ha - I think we got about 2 pellets of sleet). They are now out until January and we need lots of fun to fill our days!

GRACIE'S

of course these 2 got in on the fun and snacks too!

Birthday Fun

Mallary usually has to tag along with Gracie to birthday parties, but not this one! She got to go to her friend from dance, Mollie's Carnival Party. She got "money" to buy tickets and then she had to pay her tickets at each game or treat.

Gala

This year Alan and I attended the Decatur General Foundation Gala for the 1st time. We had so much fun and enjoyed a delicious dinner, danced the night away to Super T, and enjoyed a night out while the girls were with Meme and Chief. Can't wait for next year!

Use your imagination that we are standing together!

CUMC Family Night

Last Wednesday we had a church Christmas dinner and family night where we got to make Gingerbread houses. We teamed up with The Collins and the kids had so much fun putting the house together (and sneaking candy!) The dads helped get the icing on the house and this one was a 'prefab' which made the activity so much more enjoyable : )
